A Guide to Kawaii Diplomacy
Role: Concept, Art Direction, Illustration, Publication Design
2024

During election season, it is not uncommon for politicians to try to portray a kind, nurturing and humble image. After all, the baby is one of the most used political prop. But what if there was a better way to appeal to the mass audience. Tracing back the origins of cuteness and it's mysterious allure, what if Kawaii is the key to mastering diplomacy?

The project consists of A Guide to Kawaii Diplomacy and an accompanying Research Publication.
