During election season, it is not uncommon for politicians to try to portray a kind, nurturing and humble image. After all, the baby is one of the most used political prop. A politician holding and kissing a baby is bound to garner potential supporters and it's easy to see why they're cute. They have big heads, large eyes and the sounds they make (when they're not crying) is a delight.
But what if there was a better way to appeal to the mass audience. Tracing back the origins of cuteness and it's mysterious allure, what if Kawaii is the key to mastering diplomacy?
