Celestial Frequencies is a sound art installation that invites participants into a meditative space to enjoy music that has been created by the Moon.
A receiver is deployed at sea, recording the movement of waves. This data is combined with tidal data and translated into frequency, allowing us to enjoy a piece of dynamic music from the Moon.
Exhibited at UltraSuperNew Gallery Singapore as part of Sonic Ecologies, curated by Ong Kian Peng.
